Fattorie Azzolino is the evolution of an ancient farm of the Sacco family in Camporeale. It takes its name from the location in which it rises, in territory of Monreale. The vineyards lie at an altitude of 400 m with an exceptional climatic context: hills around seem protect the greapes that grownaturally heal and rich. Only biological farming methods are used, including both traditional and advanced thechniques. The cellar produces red and white wines from sicilian and international grapes varaieties. The farm works with preservance, aware of its strong roots, respectful for all values of countryside: love, sacrifice and passion.

Tasting Notes: Straw-yellow colour with green highlights. Its deep primary notes along with a good structure give an harmonious freshness sensation in mouth.

Food Pairings: It matches perfectly with first and second plates of fish, delicate vegetables and meats. Excellent like aperitif accompanied by fresh cheeses and canapés.
