Feudo Cavaliere Description

The winery, property of Platania D'Antoni family since 1880 is modelled along the sud side of vulcano Etna. The vineyards slope down from 1,000 to 900 meters above see level. A high hill climate with notebale night and day termical excursions, vulcanic sandy and rich of mineral ground ventilated and sunny, the low yeìield together with a manual grape harvest contribute to obtain grapes of grest quality obtaining out of them outstanding characteristics of the wine. The firm's integrity, the historical patrimony and the quality the vineyards have been maintained with great love and passion. A recente generational change has made improvment and has orientated the production to a high quality.

Millemetri Etna Bianco D.O.C.

Tasting Notes: is a long-lasting wine of distinct personality, son of a unique and inimitable volcano. It is distinguishes it self with exquisitely fruity scent, while being harmonious on the palate due to its pleasant freshness and mineral content.
Grape varieties: Carricante 100%.
Food Pairings: Perfect with pasta and risotto with lobster, shellfish, grilled or fried fish, fresh cheeses and cold cuts fine.
